The Vatican has refused to give a United Nations panel information it requested on clerical sex abuse, in a move that it said was part of its confidentiality policy but which was criticised as "a slap in the face" for victims.

In a series of questions asked in the runup to a public hearing scheduled for January, the UN committee on the rights of the child had requested the Holy See provide details of abuse cases and specific information concerning their subsequent investigation and handling.

But, in its response, the Holy See said that although it had answered the questions in a general way, it was not its practice to disclose information on specific cases unless requested to do so by another country as part of legal proceedings.

In the 24-page document, the Holy See said it had been "deeply saddened by the scourge of sexual abuse" and regretted the involvement of some (!!) members of the Catholic clergy.

It added that it had "amended norms" regarding the suitability of candidates for the priesthood, and had taken other steps including the revision of some canon law rules "to ensure that clerics and religious are properly disciplined" .

But it did not give all the details requested by the committee in a lengthy, multi-part question on the "sexual violence against children committed by members of the clergy, brothers and nuns in numerous countries around the world".

Like, so what if you're the CEO of the richest corporation on the planet? I don't care how many media moguls adore your ass. Try some decorum, man. Consider the lilies of the field, or something.

Of course, it's not that you don't have every reason to be smiling these days. I mean, congratulations, boyo! You've really pulled it off! For who else but a Jesuit could get the world to believe he's the next best thing to Jesus Christ himself, merely by smirking and waving for the cameras, and mouthing the politically correct phrases that raped and battered people so desperately need to hear?

Sure, any Spin Doctoring 101 graduate will give you top grades for how well you've spread a shiny veneer over that spiritual slag heap of yours in Rome. But don't let that go to your head. We all know you're a people pleaser and a guy who greases wheels and hands: just look at the brilliant publicity job you did for General Galtieri and his fellow bad boys down in Buenos Aires, during their Dirty Wars. You lie better than the best of them, Jorge, sincerely and convincingly: unlike your sorry predecessor, Herr Ratzinger, who even you Cardinals liked to call "Joe the Rat" for his unabashedly honest nastiness.

But enough of this gay banter, Jorge. I need you to clear up a few things for me, and the world.

I get you, so far. You're keeping your critics and various lawyers bearing subpoenas at bay with your politically correct bafflegab while your Vatican Bank number crunchers transfer all that laundered mob money and war machine profits into various offshore hands, including in Bejing, apparently. Maybe it's even true that you and the Chinese are trying to dominate world money markets with a single currency, as some of your own insiders claim. And so why shouldn't your little distraction ploy work? It's a tried and true method of all regimes under siege.

Well, as we say in Belfast, Jorge, I'll have a pint if you're buying, but only if your money's good. And the looming fuck up on your gilded horizon is this: blame it on hubris, maybe, but the very success of your "Jorge the Second Coming" performance seems to be convincing you of your own lie, if judging by recent (and there have been many) public exhortations you've made.

Now that's never good, according to Machiavelli, whom I know you read. That 16th century street wise advisor to popes told guys like you to never conceal their real purpose for too long lest they become entangled in their own dissimulation, and end up confusing and dividing their own court. You're starting to do that, and apparently piss off some king-making Italian cardinals and their banksters who quite rightly know, as you do, that prayers and piety is fine for the masses, but that meanwhile, your god deals in cash and credit.

Anyway, Jorge, why don't you just come clean? You know fully well that you're not about to tamper with global capitalism or bring justice to the poor - although I did like that cute story your media people circulated recently, about you wandering like a latter day St. Francis through the streets of Rome at night, feeding the homeless. Very nice.

But don't let all that feel good shit make you forget what happened to the last Pope who tried cleaning house and giving away the Vatican wealth, back in the fall of 1978. John Paul Number One died after 28 days in office - poisoned, apparently - while you, Jorge, are still very much alive. That sure tells us something.

Besides, the more you prattle on about justice and reform, dummy, the more your credibility starts hanging down somewhere below that spotless white robe of yours. Because after all is said and done, you are still the fiduciary (read: legally responsible) head of the biggest child trafficking racket and criminal conspiracy on the planet: a criminality you affirmed in your July 11 "Apostolic Letter", which reminded all catholics that anyone who talks about in-church child rape can end up counting their rosary beads inside that dank private prison of yours in the Vatican's basement.

Now that was more like it, Jorge. Machiavelli would be proud of such forthrightness. Rulers, he said, should never shrink from ruthlessness to protect their authority. And your Apostolic Letter was simply doing what Machiavelli prescribes, which is, when caught in a wrong, a ruler must pretend to be reforming his kingdom while eliminating any chance that he may be further exposed. He has to bury the evidence and plug all the information leaks, which is what you've done.

But holy shit, Jorge! Your mentor said to just pretend reform. Pretend! Don't actually do it, stupid! For the last thing one does to a tottering regime like yours is to open the floodgates of change at critical moments.

Jesus, Jorge, you must know that. It's elementary political arithmetic; and nobody gets to be CEO of the Beast in Rome without knowing the score. Maybe the professional shyster in you has us all fooled. Just don't end up fooling yourself in the process: the cardinal sin for any ruler, says Machiavelli.

But here's the final rub, Jorge, and the main purpose of my little epistle to you: ultimately, none of this shit matters, considering the legal and the spiritual fact that neither you nor your Vatican Incorporated actually exist any more.

Last August 4, your entire church was declared to be a Transnational Criminal Organization under International Law, which means that since that date, you are null and void as a legitimate or lawful power.

Now, it being the Christmas season and all, it's true that everybody is engaged in the Santa Claus Myth for the sake of the children; and what bigger Santa Claus fable is there, besides old saint Nick, (sorry, girls) than the unsupportable belief that the Vatican is a "sovereign nation" with its own laws and authority. But even millions of believers in the King's adornment doesn't hide his actual nakedness.

Sure, politicians and judges around the world play along with this big papal lie: I mean, who wouldn't, for a million bucks at election time? But behind all this human duplicity stands the immutable truth of the law, Jorge: that law which says that no ruler, anywhere, is above justice, and that an institutionalized child trafficking and money laundering church like yours is a criminal body whose assets and property can be lawfully seized, and its officers arrested … not tomorrow, but today.

It gets worse for you, boyo. For behind even that law stands God, who condemns you far more deeply and more finally than can any human court.

Maybe you know this, too, considering how compulsively you refer to God with words that reduce Deity to a harmless iconic image. That's what killers do to their victims, and paying lip service is always the first response of the guilty. But none of that works any more, Jorge. Because now, the joke is on you.

I guess you'd call it the comic punch line, which I first gleaned the day after I conducted our first exorcism ceremony outside the Vatican in late 2009, and a tornado struck central Rome the next morning. And this is it:

The living God has stepped out from behind religion and rhetoric to shatter you and your blood soaked Temple. And all of your words and posturing have no power to stop the cataclysm that is bringing down your entire corrupt mess.

I hate, I despise your religious assemblies, and will have no more of them … For I am against the false shepherds and will destroy them utterly. Remember?

God is written on human hearts, Jorge, and needs no interpreter, least of all a false church and its false shepherds. For what need has a living God of justice for a man-made religion like yours - especially at a crisis moment in human history, like now, when God alone can save us?

So take off the white robe, Jorge. That's a command, not a request. It doesn't become you, anyway.

Heather Martin's Big Lies: A Cornucopia of Pseudo-Intellectual Red Neck Trailer Trash

I was going to go through Heather Martin’s cyberharrassment blog which exists for the sole purpose of libeling Kevin Annett and anyone (like myself) who associates with him. My intent was to try to address some of her wild-eyed rants against Kevin Annett seriously.

Unfortunately it’s such a bizarre hodge-podge of what can only be described loosely as ‘content’,  reflecting an irrational and delusional rage hate paradigm filled with venomous false accusations, deceptions based on numerous logical fallacies, and misinformation, that I didn’t know where to begin.

All I can say is that I simply ended up aghast at the type of mind that could confabulate such complete nonsense with such apparent ease.

No doubt that the brain dead sheeple will get conned by this piece of trash. After all, 50% of the population is below average intelligence but anyone who actually does have both sides of their brain working (as Heather herself puts it) won’t buy into Heather Martin's irrational nonsense.

In fact, Heather Martin, herself should activate both sides of her brain. If she did maybe she wouldn’t be spewing such garbage on the Internet. Although I personally doubt it since I suspect this is quite intentional on her part. If she’s a psychopath she will get great pleasure not only out of smearing Kevin Annett in order to destroy his reputation but also out of making fools out of the people she’s conning and who believe her.

Her latest allegations: (don't forget to put on your Tin Foil Hats when you hop on this particular Crazy Boat folks)

Apparently Heather Martin would like us all to believe that Kevin is a ‘jesuit agent’ because someone said so on the Internet therefore it must be true.  Her ‘evidence’ for this is his ‘association’ with a guy a named Alfred Webre.

So, her argument that Kevin is a ‘jesuit agent’ is based on:

1. A bare assertion by someone on the Internet (Karen Hudes) which actually doesn't claim that Kevin is a 'jesuit agent' so its rather deceptive of Heather Martin to claim that it does. Either that or the woman has some serious comprehension issues. Here is the actual quote: “The Jesuits are very very clever, extremely clever, they got Kevin Annett to aid the removal of Pope Benedict XVI and that was all orchestrated by the Jesuits”.
2. A ‘guilt by association’ with someone (Alfred Webre)
3. It (Hudes allegations as per Heather Martin's incorrect interpretation) must be true because some unrelated event is true (Talks with some Vatican reps about the Pope)

Ironically we also have a smidge of circular logic to toss into the stew pot of crazy because the allegation that Webre is a ‘jesuit agent’ is made on exactly the same premise as the allegations against Kevin. That is,

1. A bare assertion by someone on the Internet
2. A ‘guilt by association’ with someone (Eric Jon Phelps)

Round and round the mulberry bush we go.

Now, I have no idea who these people are. Nor do I care who they are. I’m simply trying to get a handle on some actual facts supporting the allegation that Kevin is a ‘jesuit agent’.

The arguments above summarize Heather Martin’s argument and no there is no further direct evidence that directly supports the allegation despite all the irrelevant pretty little screenshots, quotes, links to videos Heather likes to stick up on her blog and pretend are evidence and all the numerous irrelevant connections she likes to draw and call evidence. 

Here’s the problem. Either Heather Martin doesn’t know what evidence is and anyone who would accept this ‘evidence’ as meaningful also doesn’t know what evidence is.  Or, she is being intentionally deceptive, knows what she’s posting isn’t evidence but also knows that the ignorant will swallow it whole hog as long as she calls it evidence.

This would certainly explain why her numerous and publicly admitted complaints to the RCMP against Kevin Annett haven’t resulted in him being arrested for anything. It isn’t because the RCMP love him as she implies in a libelous email conversation published on another site but rather the fact that she has no actual evidence of wrong-doing, fraud or any other crime allegedly committed by Kevin Annett and her false complaints are just another one of her lame and rather irrational attempts to discredit him through libel and slander. 

This was the same conclusion that Team AnonPress, the authors of the Anonymous Report on Kevin Annett came to. Heather Martin simply isn’t credible. 

In addition, the RCMP involvement with the frame-up of Kevin Annett a few years ago would indicate that Kevin does not in fact have the inside track with the RCMP as Heather Martin alleges in what can only be described as one of her most bizarre claims. One I’m pretty sure the RCMP would probably agree is bizarre. 

One of the people involved in the frame-up offered direct first hand testimony of the RCMP involvement. The video of the ‘event’ also provided an image of the person impersonating Kevin Annett. 

Now, that is real, hard evidence. Not the bullshit Heather Martin tries to pass off as evidence.

She used the same bizarro approach of 'guilt by association' to support her allegation that Kevin Annett is anti-semitic. Of course in her bizarro brain-dead sheeple mind if one criticizes Israel then one must be anti-semitic.

6. Norman Finkelstein, a Jewish author and expert on the Middle East who is openly pro-Palestinian and anti-zionist and who lost his entire family during the Holocaust.

They can all be described as pro-Palestinian. Does that automatically mean that they must be anti-semitic or anti-Israeli even?

Try telling Norman Finkelstein, whose entire family was murdered at Auschwitz that he's anti-semitic and let's see how he reacts. I already know how he'd react because some Heather Martin type lunatic did that at the University of Waterloo when he spoke there and he tore them to shreds quite deservedly.

What I find quite amusing about deceptive skanks like Heather Martin is that they can rarely take the crap they dish out to others regularly.

 First Heather Martin goes for the jugular with her defamatory libel and wild-eyed false accusations against Kevin Annett and Kitty Hundal and others, and then when someone responds exactly in kind all of a sudden Heather’s screeching like a little baby about how victimized she is by evil meanies.

Is she so emotionally retarded that she is unaware of the impact that her cyberbullying, cyberharassment and cyberstalking is having on others? I don’t know Heather but I doubt it. Based on what I’ve read she appears to be quite aware of the damage she’s doing to people, appears to do it quite intentionally, and appears to get a great deal of pleasure out of it.

She had no problem knowingly libeling Kitty Hundal and her company. I say ‘knowingly’ because she has no evidence whatsoever to back up her lies other than rumor. So when someone spreads rumors they’ve picked up from complete strangers and don’t have any independently verifiable evidence to support them, then, in my opinion, they are knowingly libeling the person.

After viciously libeling Kevin Annett for months on end in a rage hate blog solely dedicated to defaming him and with the clear intent of damaging his ability to raise funds to support his charitable work and his ability to do it.... 

Heather Martin starts whinnying like a baby when a blog is written about her and truthfully points out the impact her obviously abnormal online behavior could potentially be having in her place of employment, particularly if she is a psychopath or sociopath. Of course, that is something her employer would have to determine through exercising due diligence. 

Frankly, and in my opinion, this is not the type of person who should be entrusted with the care of vulnerable people. We have a lot of people like this in the medical system here in Ontario and it’s deteriorating rapidly. Law suits against the Ministry of Health and individual medical staff are being won and huge amounts (in the hundreds of thousands) are being awarded. One recent law suit resulted in a damage award of over half a million dollars. This is huge in Canada. We’re not like the US where large awards are the norm not the exception.

Here’s the facts: there isn’t a standard that exists, by which either Heather Martin’s online behavior or the BoneYard RatKrew she’s currently colluding with, could ever be defined as normal.

Normal people do not:

1. Write rage hate blogs dedicated to defaming/libeling individuals who have done them no direct and personal harm.
2. Obsess about those individuals by fabricating numerous lies based on nothing but rumor, innuendo, actively encouraging people to lie, set people up by framing them, etc
3. Target anyone who is friendly with that person or attempts to be fair or sees through their hateful lies
4. Carry on the obsession for months on end (continuing into years), intensifying the hate despite the complete lack of reaction by the individuals targeted.
5. Pretend you're the poor little victim when people react normally to such abuse by standing up for themselves and confronting you, the bully and objecting to your cyberbullying, cyberharassment and cyberstalking.

Heather Martin and the BoneYard RatKrew consisting of Kree Love (not his real name), Thomas W. Cook (real last name Schroeder), Christopher Joseph Erwin and Julie Ann Larson (an elementary school teacher in LA County) do all of the above and have done so to both Kevin Annett and Kitty Hundal.

Heather Martin appears to have illegally obtained an email exchange between Kitty Hundal and Michael Babcock. Did she steal them by having a tech friend keylog Babcock’s computer? No matter how she got them the reality is that she published them illegally, that is, without Kitty Hundal’s permission.

She appears to be unable to differentiate between the ethical act of publishing information that is evidence of illegal acts or a persons lies and the unethical act of violating an individuals privacy to bully, harass and defame them.

In the meantime, Heather Martin climbs her own narcissitic and egoic high horse to self-righteously pontificate about the evils of others while elevating herself, her personal hate, her rage blog targeting Kevin Annett and other friends of his, her cyberstalking, her association with DarkNet Child Trafficking scammers, and her own illegal activity, to the level of sainthood while spewing her lies about innocent, honest social activists who have not committed the crimes she’s falsely accusing them of in her wild-eyed rants on her blog.

Has it not occurred to Heather that if Kevin Annett was indeed guilty of even a tiny portion of the lies, the false accusations directed against him he would be in jail?

Here’s the reality that the Heather Martins and RatKrews of this world like to obfuscate:

1. They are bullies / cyberbullies who actually get pleasure out of abusing people with lies to defame and smear them. They especially like to target people that they know are innocent, honest, credible, competent, and generally respected. They are intoxicated by the feeling of power they get when they succeed. They succeed simply because people don't fight back by confronting them.
2. Social activists are good targets because the police generally won’t get involved, or care, and the police, intelligence or other services will sometimes pay cash to people who stumble across the occasional bit of good information that can be used against the social activist to control them.

In this scenario, Heather Martin only starts to care when her own poor wittle feewings have been hurt by someone standing up to her bullying and abuse. Especially when they stand up to her, by doing to her, exactly what she’s been doing to others, for months on end.

And frankly, people have exercised amazing restraint where Heather Martin is concerned. It’s taken months for anyone to even start to respond to this woman.  

I’m guessing people simply hoped she would eventually get over herself, her massive narcissistic ego, and move on to other things. This didn’t happen. Instead she has intensified her hate campaign and in recent months escalated it to include cyberstalking under the judicious guidance and instructions of the DarkNet Child Trafficking scammers of the BoneYard RatKrew.

In the face of Heather Martin's vicious attacks and lies:

Note that she did not, nor will she ever get permission from Kitty Hundal to post the contents of her personal emails to a third party. Also note the emails themselves contradict Heather Martin's allegations proving them to be lies. It takes a real shamefaced liar or a completely batshit crazy idiot to post allegations and then post evidence which contradicts those allegations but claim it supports them. ROFL.

This is a common practice by the RatKrew crazies in the BoneYard so it's not surprising that as soon as Heather Martin hooked up with them she also followed their instructions to the letter and did what they do.

However, this type of irrational hate-on can be an indication of psychopathy or sociopathy and it existed before she hooked with the BoneYard RatKrew cult. Her hate blog against Kevin Annett is the evidence of that. It is a blog filled with venom, rumor mongering and libel. Not a moment of time has been spent doing any research into the issues never mind 'meticulous research'. The 'meticulous research' consisted of running around and digging up things that could be spun as negatives and turned into rumors through misinformation and disinformation techniques.

The RatKrew has a similar hate-on for Kitty Hundal and the reason that they hooked up with Heather Martin was because they needed a mindless shill to spew their lies about Kitty Hundal so that they could claim that others 'independently agreed with them'. Of course that lie came back to bite them because Heather Martin stupidly posted those emails tying the lies directly to the RatKrew. The emails were a brief exchange between Kitty Hundal and a member of the RatKrew and a friendly outreach to attempt to negotiate a truce between that individual and Kitty Hundal. They are the evidence of the RatKrew involvement and instigation of Heather Martin to turn her into their attack dog against Kitty Hundal. They are also evidence of the backstabbing, vicious, and untrustworthy nature of the RatKrew.

The Rat\Krew is like those people who organize dog and chicken fights. They're too incompetent to fight themselves but they get a lot of pleasure out of seeing others blood shed so they set others up to do the fighting for them.

Note that Ms. Martin is a nurse by occupation and if she is indeed a Psychopath or Sociopath I certainly hope the Hospital that she's currently employed at is keeping a close eye on the number of patients who 'accidentally' or by alleged 'natural causes' 'die' or become worse under her 'care'.

I'm sure there are other possible explanations for this Heather Martin's irrational, wild-eyed, and grossly irresponsible behavior of engaging in defamatory libel against social activists but the above seems to fit the profile the best in my opinion.

I'm certainly open to other suggestions and ideas on what could be driving this lunatics obsession.

If Heather Martin really did have a genuine concern for social causes like residential school abuse, child abuse and trafficking, then there are many constructive and productive activities that she could be engaging in to support and promote those causes. Yet she isn't doing that. 

Why not?

Instead she hooks up with a Facebook RatKrew that is responsible for and was exposed for running a DarkNet Child Trafficking Scam. They were recruiting Anons by calling it a 'sting' but it was actually just a fraud and no pedophiles were being reported to the police nor was their any police involvement as claimed. This is not the type of thing Anonymous gets involved in. It goes completely against the ideal, the concept of what Anonymous is. The RatKrew knew that which is why they lied and called it 'sting' knowing full well it wasn't.
